Wouter van Dijk, backend PHP developer.

I build backend systems that keep running when traffic grows: scalable web applications, clean APIs and well-designed databases. I work with Laravel, Symfony and CodeIgniter, and I am comfortable with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Laravel sign-up and login, email verification, password reset, role-based access and JWT for APIs.

Orders API

REST API that validates and stores customer orders transactionally, built for many concurrent requests.

Payment integration

Stripe payments including 3D Secure, webhooks and tokenised cards.

Scheduled clean-up

Daily job that removes old log records, with an audit trail of what was deleted.

Real-time sync

Webhook that processes carrier shipment updates with retries and logging.
